You can have your Dón Skolia account and related data deleted at any time, even without the app. What you do next depends on how your account was created.
You created your account yourself

- Log in, then open “My Data”.
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
Deletion is immediate.

Your account was created by a school
Staff, teacher, parent or student registered by their establishment.
This data belongs to the school: it is the school that keeps it, and the law requires it to keep some of it (school attendance, report cards, accounting). First contact the establishment, which deletes or deactivates your account.
The school is not responding? Write to us using this form : we forward your request and follow it up until it is answered.
What is erased, and what is kept
- Erased: your name, your email address, your phone, your attached children, your answers to the exercises, and all positions of a location tracker.
- Kept without your name: paid purchases, which accounting law requires to be kept, and proof of consents given.
- Technical backups disappear on their own after fourteen days.
