Write to us

No contact form, and that is deliberate. A form needs an inbox someone reads, an answer within the day, and a record of what was asked; until those three things hold, it creates the illusion of a channel and swallows messages. An address does not lie: your message leaves your own mailbox, and you keep the copy.

A question, a quote

Tell us the number of pupils and how you want to run the software: the answer is a quote, not a range.

A security vulnerability

It has its own address, and that is not a formality: a vulnerability report left sitting in a general inbox is a report that gets published before we have fixed anything.
